The office has two main meeting rooms, Jack and Fitzrovia, and is supported by informal breakout areas in the lounge.
Jack
This room can hold up to 10 delegates boardroom style; the flexible configuration table allows for various layouts depending on the purposes of the day. As with all of Birmingham W1’s rooms, it affords occupants all the resources needed for high quality visual presentations, including WiFi access and a 42” plasma screen with laptop connection and DVD facilities.
Fitzrovia
This room can accommodate up to 20 delegates boardroom style and 35 theatre style, and offers a stylish space to conduct your business. The room houses all the technology needed for any manner of presentation, including ... WiFi access, a 42” plasma screen with laptop connection and DVD facilities and motorised projection screen.
An interconncting partition between the boardroom and conference room reveals an area that can accomodate up to 50 delegates theatre style or 60 delegates for a reception style/launch event.
Lounge Areas
The lounge areas provide informal meeting spaces with comfortable seating and lounge style tables. These areas are equipped with WiFi access. Meeting areas for up to four guests, Freeview TV, a 42” plasma screen and laptop connection and DVD facilities are also available upon request.
Bespoke catering can be arranged to enhance your meeting or event upon request. Please contact the Office Manager for further details and rates.
Wired Preview Theatre
Birmingham W1 now has the added benefit of a self-contained luxury preview facility within the Charlotte Street building.
Special Assistance
Birmingham W1 offers a wide range of facilities designed to make the use of our meeting spaces as comfortable and smooth as possible. Please inform the Office Manager at the time of booking if you require wheelchair access or special assistance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
